Sophia is passionate about getting everyone to move their bodies, have fun and feel good. 


Sophia is a yoga and Pilates teacher passionate about getting everyone moving, breathing and smiling. She trained with the indomitable Jason Crandell in Vinyasa Flow Yoga and Body Control Pilates, Europe's foremost professional Pilates association.  Her classes are physically challenging and fun with an emphasis on flowing and sequencing. Sophia believes that everyone deserves to make time to move their body, breathe and feel good at least once a day, every day. Yoga, for Sophia, is a way to quiet the mind vibrations (citta vritti) and finding it was a way to circumnavigate the fast-paced and stressful life in a big city. Sophia is also certified to teach pre and post natal Pilates.



Pilates Training

Sophia trained with Body Control Pilates ®, Europe’s foremost professional Pilates association. Focusing on combining the principles of stability with mobility, Sophia’s classes are tailor made to suit all abilities so that everyone can experience the benefits of Pilates.  Attending regular workshops and training courses, Sophia also ensures her method is both current and safe and she hopes that her dedication and passion for Pilates shines through!

Sophia is a Matwork Master teacher and is also certified to work with pre and post natal Pilates and the Reformer. 


Yoga Training


Training in the Vinyasa Flow style of Yoga with Jason Crandell, Sophia is a 200hr Yoga Alliance accredited teacher.  By combining power, precision, and mindfulness, Vinyasa Flow is the most efficient, balanced yoga class with maximum impact. Sophia's approach is fun, physical and empowering.
